“The last six months at Cello have exceeded my expectations. I’ve had the opportunity to work in various disease areas, and contribute to all parts of the research project – including project set-up, client management, moderating, and report writing.
Along the way, the project leads have given me both the space to throw myself in, while also taking the time to coach and train me. My manager has helped me establish a clear plan and timeline of what I need to accomplish in order to reach the goals that I’ve set for myself; I appreciate both the ownership I have over my growth, as well as the guidance to help me get there.
After receiving the Young Professionals Grant to attend the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA) Conference, Cello Health Insight supported and encouraged my attendance. This opportunity, in particular, was a great introduction to the market research industry, and a clear indication that Cello Health Insight is invested in my growth as a researcher.
Most importantly, I look forward to coming into the office each day because I work with great people. It’s definitely the little things like Juice Generation orders, stocked snack drawers, afternoon walks, and colleagues that don’t take life too seriously – that make Cello Health Insight a great environment to work in.”
“I have been working at Cello Health Insight for about 4 years now, and I cannot think of a better place to work. The research we do in the medical field is always intriguing, allowing me to continually learn while satiating my curious mind. Cello Health Insight also allows for everyone to have a voice no matter what level. By doing this, whether you are entry level or CEO, everyone has ownership of the direction of the company and of each project.
Even greater than this, is the people who I get to work with on a daily basis. Having worked at various companies in my career, I am continually impressed by the type of people who work at Cello Health Insight. From CEO level down, each person is willing to pitch-in, help out, and use their incredible intelligence to make sure we put out the best work.
Along with this, everyone genuinely cares about the wellbeing of each other. The concern of others regarding balance of work-life is great, and beyond this, the willingness to support each other with their interests and passions outside of work goes beyond any typical company. I honestly cannot think of a better company to work for.”
“I have been at Cello Health Insight since 2015 and I continue to be impressed by my colleagues, especially the level of thinking and creativity that goes into each project! I value the high degree of collaboration here, which I think helps ensure high quality research and deliver something that is meaningful and unique to our clients. Additionally, I appreciate the growth opportunities along with the emphasis on work-life balance and maintenance of a friendly and social atmosphere. Overall, I am happy to be part of the Cello Health Insight team!”
“I’ve been working at Cello Health Insight for almost 2 years, my role involves project managing complex, multi-country projects. I’m also responsible for creating and implementing processes to streamline the working relationships between, project managers, researchers and suppliers.
One of the great things about Healthcare market research, is that you never know how smooth the project will go – most projects come with their own challenges and I enjoy working across the various teams to overcome these challenges, to ensure we deliver in a timely, cost-efficient manner to the client, without compromising on quality or accuracy.
Cello Health Insight itself is probably one of the best companies I have worked for. Here, you’re not just a number, they listen to what you have to say and will support you and your development in any way they can. The business is all about rewarding employees for all their hard work, be it through lunch provided by the company or a private screening at the local cinema.”
There’s a lot of energy in this company. It’s channelled into the projects we work on and also in the social life – whether its lunch in the courtyard, drinks down the pub or company events.Ellie, Research Account Manager
