In her role as Head of Qualitative Research, Ruth Woodrow becomes the senior methodologist of this discipline for the US team. Her responsibilities will include driving the ongoing development and refinement of qualitative skills, and include innovation of new approaches and offerings.
As Head of Learning and Development, Ruth will be responsible for developing and deploying new learning and development offerings aimed at fostering high performance teams and individuals, enhancing leadership, and continuing to drive a culture of excellence. These endeavours will encompass qualitative, quantitative, and operations teams in the US, aimed at closely tracking and supporting individuals’ needs. Ruth will also work closely with Cello Group’s Academy programme, as well as external providers who will deliver new learning and development training.
